Late Afternoon Snack

We love a late afternoon snack - especially before a pre-dinner nap. After a day of exploring, you’ll find a perfect bite and a perfectly matched drink. Savory or sweet, chef’s choice.

Picnic Baskets

Let us make you an amazing picnic to take on your exploration. Perfectly delicious and perfectly portable, our baskets include a main course, dessert, fruit and beverage. Your basket is packed with real dishes and glasses, linen napkins and a bottle opener. Please allow one day’s notice. It would be wise to stop at Kingston Wine Company and ask Michael to pair a wine with your basket and then head out along the water toward Kingston Point Park.

Hudson Valley Market Dinner

Enjoy dinner at the Forsyth! Our three-course, market driven dinner makes the most of the Hudson Valley’s incredible array of produce, game and livestock, and seafood. Served at our dining table or at a table for two, your dinner will be luxurious and your service pampering. Please order at least a day in advance.
